Scented candle making process

1, cut the white candle into sections (be careful not to cut the cotton core), take out the cotton core for use, and break the candle section. Prepare a few crayon shavings.

2, put the candle pieces in the pot to heat, so that the wax melts. Add crayon shavings to melted wax for toning, depending on the shade of color you like, generally light colors work better. Shake the pan slightly to melt the crayon color into the wax and sprinkle a few drops of perfume into the wax.

3. Pour the colored wax into the prepared mold, and the height can be Customized. If the mold is made by yourself, do not leave gaps to prevent wax from flowing out.

4. Knot one end of the cotton core in advance on the toothpick (toothpick can prevent the wax hot, but also adjust the position of the cotton core), put the other end in the wax solution to adjust the color, and wait for the wax solidified.

If you want to make candles of several colors, you can pour layers into the mold. After the first layer has set, pour the second layer, and so on.

6. After the colored candle is completely solidified, tear the mold open and cut the excess wick short, and a scented colored candle is ready. Caution: Do not pour the remaining wax water into the sewer, otherwise it will block the sewer. Pour it on a piece of paper, let it set and throw it away. In addition, the cotton wick on the candle should not be left too long, in case the flame becomes too large and becomes dangerous.
